AIG Reports

American International Group released 2nd Quarter earnings after the market close today. AIG beat the street estimates for both the top and bottom line. The stock has risen the past three days in anticipation of strong earnings. AIG will present a conference all on Thursday morning to discuss the quarter. There has been a good deal of concern that AIG may face losses due to exposure to subprime mortgages. We will present a detailed report on AIG this weekend.
